J. T., probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n agravada en contra de una menor de edad -de identidad reservada por Ley-, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Cosolapa, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 18546\/FCUE\/TUXTEPEC\/2022, el 6 de febrero de 2022, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima en el interior de un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Floresta, de Cosolapa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, logrando identificar y aprehender al probable responsable, siendo presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a F. J.
