{"id":15116,"date":"2022-05-11T16:13:58","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T21:13:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=4301"},"modified":"2022-05-11T16:13:58","modified_gmt":"2022-05-11T21:13:58","slug":"fiscal-general-de-oaxaca-presente-en-cumbre-binacional-de-fiscales-generales-de-mexico-y-estados-unidos","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/fiscal-general-de-oaxaca-presente-en-cumbre-binacional-de-fiscales-generales-de-mexico-y-estados-unidos","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal General de Oaxaca, presente en Cumbre Binacional de Fiscales Generales de M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El responsable de la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia en Oaxaca particip\u00f3 en el US\/M\u00e9xico Binational Attorney General Summit, que se realiz\u00f3 los d\u00edas 10 y 11 de mayo, en Phoenix, Arizona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 11 de mayo de 2022.-<\/strong>\u00a0Con la finalidad de promover el intercambio de experiencias entre titulares de Instituciones de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia de M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos de Norteam\u00e9rica, el Fiscal General del Estado de Oaxaca, Arturo Peimbert Calvo, participa en la Cumbre Binacional US\/M\u00e9xico de Fiscales Generales (US\/Mexico Binational Attorney General Summit, en ingl\u00e9s), organizada por la Attorney General Alliance (Alianza de Fiscales Generales), realizada en Phoenix, Arizona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Cumbre es un foro para fiscales generales estatales de los Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n agencias federales y del sector privado, a fin de compartir experiencias y avances en temas fronterizos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los temas que se abordan durante la Cumbre son: el Tratado de Asistencia Legal Mutua y Procedimientos de Extradici\u00f3n; Trata de Personas; La Legalizaci\u00f3n del Cannabis en EE. UU. y su Impacto en el Mercado de Drogas Ilegales y Coaliciones p\u00fablico-privadas: cr\u00edticas en la lucha contra el flujo de mercanc\u00edas il\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, el Fiscal General de Oaxaca, expres\u00f3 que participar en estos foros eleva el perfil y capacidades operativas de las Instituciones de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia de ambas naciones, lo que permitir\u00e1 generar acciones concretas en temas de seguridad fronteriza y para combatir delitos como la trata de personas y que atentan contra la salud de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El evento fue presidido por el Embajador de Estados Unidos en M\u00e9xico, Ken Salazar, y cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n de personal del Departamento de Justicia de Estados Unidos, de la casa productora de largometrajes sobre trata de personas After Eden Pictures, personal del Grupo de trabajo sobre trata de personas en Estados Unidos, de la Coalici\u00f3n para la Pol\u00edtica, Educaci\u00f3n y Regulaci\u00f3n del Cannabis y de la Oficina del Fiscal General de los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
