C. S., probable responsable del delito de feminicidio agravado en grado de tentativa, en contra de F. S. S., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Villa de Zaachila, en la regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 468\/2022, el 2 de mayo de 2022, el imputado habr\u00eda agredido de manera f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima, ocasion\u00e1ndole lesiones con un objeto corto-contundente (machete), las cuales pusieron en riesgo su vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, logrando identificar al probable agresor, quien fue aprehendido por elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) la noche del pasado 4 de mayo, en inmediaciones de Zaachila.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El imputado fue presentado ante la autoridad correspondiente, quien determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda en los hechos su compromiso de garantizar justicia a v\u00edctimas directas e indirectas de violencia de g\u00e9nero, haciendo valer la Ley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15101","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15101","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15101"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15101"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15101"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15101"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
