A. L. M., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja, en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de H. O. F., hechos suscitados en\u00a0 jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Yae\u00e9,\u00a0 perteneciente al\u00a0 distrito de Villa Alta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable homicida fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n (AEI) el pasado 4 de mayo de 2022 y fue presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden judicial asentada en la causa penal 13\/2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron el 1 de mayo de 2022, cuando el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 con disparo de arma de fuego (escopeta) a la v\u00edctima, cuando se dirig\u00eda a las canchas de b\u00e1squetbol ubicadas en la localidad de\u00a0 Santa Mar\u00eda Lachichina, perteneciente al referido municipio, por lo anterior, la v\u00edctima result\u00f3 herido y posteriormente\u00a0 perdi\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional-, logrando ubicar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el 9 de mayo de 2022, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda su compromiso de presentar ante la justicia a quienes atenten contra la paz y la integridad de las y los oaxaque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15100","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15100","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15100"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15100"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15100"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15100"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
