{"id":15094,"date":"2022-05-03T13:04:52","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T18:04:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=4275"},"modified":"2022-05-03T13:04:52","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T18:04:52","slug":"fiscalia-general-localiza-y-restituye-con-la-madre-a-menor-de-edad-que-habia-sido-sustraido-en-la-region-de-la-costa","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/fiscalia-general-localiza-y-restituye-con-la-madre-a-menor-de-edad-que-habia-sido-sustraido-en-la-region-de-la-costa","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda General localiza y restituye con la madre a menor de edad que hab\u00eda sido sustra\u00eddo en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 3 de mayo de 2022.-\u00a0<\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) logr\u00f3 la localizaci\u00f3n de un menor de edad -de identidad reservada por Ley- que hab\u00eda sido sustra\u00eddo por su padre y quien fue restituido con la responsable de su guarda y custodia (madre), hecho cometido en Puerto Escondido, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 15178\/FCOS\/PUERTO\/2022, la madre del menor de edad denunci\u00f3 que desde el pasado 30 de abril del a\u00f1o en curso, el padre del menor de edad lo hab\u00eda sustra\u00eddo y no lo hab\u00eda llevado de vuelta a su domicilio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la FGEO integr\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente por el delito de sustracci\u00f3n de menores y el pasado lunes 2 de mayo, personal de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa y elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones realizaron el trabajo de b\u00fasqueda y rastreo correspondiente en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la madre del menor de edad, acudiendo al Sector Reforma C de Puerto Escondido, donde localizaron al menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de ser presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico y tras ser valorado y certificado m\u00e9dicamente, el menor de edad fue restituido con su madre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General atiende el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez ante cualquier delito que ponga en riesgo a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os o adolescentes, actuando de manera expedita para garantizar la seguridad de las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15094","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15094","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15094"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15094"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15094"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15094"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
