V. L., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de lesiones en agravio de una mujer identificada como M. F. S. G., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Lorenzo Cacaotepec, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El imputado fue aprehendido el pasado 28 de abril, por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n (AEI) cuando caminaba en la explanada del complejo de Ciudad Judicial y fue presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la causa penal 164\/2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la referida causa penal, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de forma f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en su domicilio, ubicado en inmediaciones de la localidad de Guadalupe Hidalgo, perteneciente al municipio de San Lorenzo Cacaotepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n, logrando aprehender al probable responsable, cuya situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica se resolver\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General garantiza justicia plena a v\u00edctimas de delitos, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15089","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15089","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15089"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15089"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15089"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15089"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
