H. Z., probable responsable del delito de homicidio en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de H. C. H., cometido en octubre de 2017, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz Itundujia, en el Distrito de Putla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el legajo de investigaci\u00f3n 3160\/TX\/2017, el 8 de octubre de 2017 por la noche, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 con disparos de arma de fuego a la v\u00edctima, ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte cuando se encontraban en la Agencia Municipal de Primavera de Morelos, ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este crimen, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al probable responsable ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a I. H.
