N. G., probable responsable del delito de homicidio doloso en agravio de quien en vida respondiera al nombre de F. G. S., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Lorenzo, Distrito de Jamiltepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 13098\/FCOS\/JAMILTEPEC\/2022, el 15 de abril de 2022, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 con un objeto corto contundente (machete) a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraban el tramo carretero que conduce de Santa Mar\u00eda Yosocani a Pe\u00f1as Negras, en el referido municipio; a causa de las lesiones infligidas, F. G. S. falleci\u00f3 en el lugar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo el caso -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a M. N.
