{"id":15048,"date":"2022-04-13T14:30:54","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T19:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=4215"},"modified":"2022-04-13T14:30:54","modified_gmt":"2022-04-13T19:30:54","slug":"fiscalia-de-oaxaca-investiga-con-perspectiva-de-genero-feminicidio-cometido-en-la-costa","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/fiscalia-de-oaxaca-investiga-con-perspectiva-de-genero-feminicidio-cometido-en-la-costa","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca investiga con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, feminicidio cometido en la Costa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 13 de abril de 2022.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 12661\/FCOS\/PINOTEPA\/2022 por el delito de feminicidio en contra de una menor de edad (13 a\u00f1os), cometido en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa de Oaxaca, en los l\u00edmites con el estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El hallazgo del cuerpo de la v\u00edctima sucedi\u00f3 el 12 de abril de 2022, en un camino de terracer\u00eda dentro del municipio de San Juan Bautista Lo de Soto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La v\u00edctima de 13 a\u00f1os de edad era originaria y resid\u00eda en el estado de Guerrero, fue identificada por su madre, pero por ser menor de edad la Ley se reserva la identidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">A partir del reporte, la FGEO -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa- acudi\u00f3 al lugar para realizar las diligencias periciales correspondientes e inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por el delito de feminicidio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca tiene el compromiso de investigar de manera expedita este tipo de delitos con perspectiva intercultural y de g\u00e9nero desde el primer contacto con el caso para garantizar que las v\u00edctimas tengan pleno acceso a la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15048","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15048","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15048"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15048"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15048"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15048"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
