H. L., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar, en agravio de la mujer identificada como N. G. A., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la causa penal 69\/2022, la ma\u00f1ana del 28 de marzo de 2022, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera verbal y f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en el interior de su domicilio particular, ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, el sujeto fue detenido en flagrancia por polic\u00edas municipales, quienes lo pusieron a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la FGEO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, la defensa del imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General garantiza justicia plena a v\u00edctimas de delitos, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15019","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15019","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15019"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15019"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15019"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15019"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
