A. M. A., probable responsable del delito de abuso sexual en agravio de una mujer identificada como F. G. P. L., cometido en el municipio de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 42936\/FCUE\/TUXTEPEC\/2021, el 12 de junio de 2021, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraban en el interior de un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Grajales de Tuxtepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia intervino -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba aportados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a A. A. M.
