M. S., agresi\u00f3n suscitada en febrero del a\u00f1o en curso, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Juxtlahuaca, en la regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 5506\/FMIX\/JUXTLAHUACA\/2022, el 15 de febrero de 2022, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en un establecimiento de videojuegos de su propiedad, ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de que la acci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 registrada en un video que circul\u00f3 en redes sociales, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n intervino -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca-, logrando identificar y presentar al imputado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras validar los datos probatorios aportados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a A. M.
