C., probable responsable del delito de tentativa de homicidio calificado con ventaja, en agravio de G. L. C., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Pablo Coatl\u00e1n, Distrito de Miahuatl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 109\/2018, el 16 de septiembre de 2016, cuando la v\u00edctima se encontraba en la poblaci\u00f3n de Comitl\u00e1n, perteneciente al referido municipio, el imputado y otros sujetos la sometieron y condujeron a un camino de terracer\u00eda, donde lo agredieron con disparos de arma de fuego, infligiendo lesiones que pusieron en riesgo su vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este delito, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a G.
