F. V., probable responsable del delito de feminicidio agravado en contra de quien en vida respondiera al nombre de I. J. o I. J. L., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Jos\u00e9 Lachiguiri, en el Distrito de Miahuatl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 30\/2022, el 9 de marzo de 2022, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un arma blanca (cuchillo), infligiendo lesiones que le ocasionaron la muerte, cuando se encontraba en un domicilio ubicado en el Barrio Segundo de Lachiguiri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En atenci\u00f3n a este caso, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia intervino -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional-, iniciando la investigaci\u00f3n bajo el protocolo ministerial, policial y pericial del delito de feminicidio en Oaxaca, logrando la aprehensi\u00f3n del imputado, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a N. F.
