E. fue trasladado al penal varonil de Tanivet, a menos de 72 horas de que la FGEO present\u00f3 a un primer imputado por el mismo caso, considerado objetivo prioritario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colaboraci\u00f3n con dependencias federales y estatales hizo posible la detenci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 5 de marzo de 2022.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) present\u00f3 ante el Juzgado de Control a una persona del sexo masculino identificada como B. B. E., segundo probable implicado en el delito de desaparici\u00f3n de personas cometido por particulares, en agravio de N. D. V. D., ocurrido en agosto de 2019, en San Francisco Ixhuat\u00e1n, regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La aprehensi\u00f3n del imputado se da menos de 72 horas despu\u00e9s de que la FGEO present\u00f3 a un primer imputado por el mismo caso, identificado como J. A. G., alias \u201cTio Chu\u201d o \u201cChumeca\u201d considerado objetivo prioritario en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) dieron cumplimiento al mandato judicial asentado en la causa penal 313\/2020, en un trabajo de inteligencia coordinado con personal de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC) y la Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional Antisecuestro (CONASE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En estas acciones tambi\u00e9n participaron la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Oaxaca (SSPO), as\u00ed como la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA), Secretar\u00eda de Marina (SEMAR) y Guardia Nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El imputado fue trasladado ante el Juzgado de Control, cuya situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica se resolver\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Es importante mencionar que el imputado podr\u00eda estar relacionado con una organizaci\u00f3n criminal que opera en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo que es se\u00f1alada por la comisi\u00f3n de diversos delitos de alto impacto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General combate frontalmente la criminalidad, garantizando justicia plena a v\u00edctimas de delitos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14949","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14949","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14949"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14949"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14949"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14949"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
