L. V. A., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar, en agravio de una mujer identificada como L. A. V. (mam\u00e1), cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Villa de Tututepec de Melchor Ocampo, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 42529\/FCOS\/PUERTO\/2021, el 25 de diciembre de 2021, el probable responsable agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica y verbal a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en su domicilio particular ubicado en inmediaciones de la localidad de Santa Rosa de Lima, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras ser llevado a audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al probable agresor, otorgando medidas cautelares en favor de la v\u00edctima y concedi\u00f3 un mes para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General garantiza justicia plena a v\u00edctimas de delitos, priorizando cuando se trata de mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14942","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14942","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14942"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14942"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14942"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14942"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
