J. G. M., imputado por los delitos de lesiones dolosas y da\u00f1os culposos por tr\u00e1nsito de veh\u00edculos, tras aparentemente provocar un accidente y atropellar a una adolescente del sexo femenino, hechos ocurridos el 24 de febrero de 2022 sobre la Carretera Federal 190, en inmediaciones del municipio de Santa Luc\u00eda del Camino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras el incidente, la v\u00edctima fue trasladada a un hospital donde permanece internada, adem\u00e1s que el probable responsable fue sometido a una certificaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica que revel\u00f3 que conduc\u00eda en tercer periodo de ebriedad, por lo que qued\u00f3 detenido y actualmente se encuentra bajo resguardo en los separos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ser\u00e1 la noche de este s\u00e1bado 26 de febrero, cuando el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico presente el caso ante el Juez de Control que atiende la causa, para determinar la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del imputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La FGEO inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 6484\/FVCE\/OAXACA\/2022, por este caso que sucedi\u00f3 la tarde del pasado jueves 24 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca se compromete a realizar una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva para que los delitos cometidos no queden en la impunidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14932","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14932","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14932"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14932"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14932"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14932"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
