C. J. G., probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n, en agravio de la mujer identificada como Z. K. P. R., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Sola de Vega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 21\/2022, el imputado ingres\u00f3 al domicilio particular de la v\u00edctima, ubicado en el referido municipio, donde probablemente la agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia atrajo el caso -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional-, realizando las diligencias correspondientes, logrando aprender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a J. C. J.
