L. A. H. o J. L. A. C., alias \u201cEl Huich\u00f3n\u201d, probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en agravio de quien en vida respondiera al nombre de A. Z. F., quien era un objetivo prioritario para la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n -asentada en la causa penal 388\/2019- contra el probable responsable el pasado 22 de febrero del a\u00f1o en curso, cuando transitaba en inmediaciones de R\u00edo Grande, jurisdicci\u00f3n de Villa de Tututepec de Melchor Ocampo, en la Costa oaxaque\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante la comisi\u00f3n del crimen, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa y del Istmo-, logrando identificar y aprehender al probable homicida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado solicit\u00f3 ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de febrero, quedando en prisi\u00f3n preventiva de manera provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General reafirma su compromiso de hacer frente a la impunidad, presentando ante la justicia y aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14924","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14924","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14924"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14924"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14924"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14924"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
