G. R. y R. E. C., se\u00f1alados como\u00a0 probables responsables del delito de homicidio calificado en agravio de quien en vida respondiera al nombre de H. F. L. V. (periodista), cometido en el puerto de Salina Cruz, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los probables homicidas fueron detenidos en flagrancia por polic\u00edas municipales y fueron presentados de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 4748\/FIST\/SALINA\/2022, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 10 de febrero de 2022, en el Barrio El Espinal del municipio de Salina Cruz, cuando los probables responsables interceptaron a la v\u00edctima y le dispararon cuando ingresaba a un domicilio. Cabe mencionar que las heridas infligidas le provocaron la muerte a H. F. L. V.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo- logrando presentar ante el Juez a los probables responsables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia realizada este 13 de febrero del presente a\u00f1o, los imputados solicitaron la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 18 de febrero de 2022, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Combatir la impunidad en agresiones contra periodistas y comunicadores es un compromiso prioritario de la FGEO para garantizar la libertad de expresi\u00f3n en nuestro estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14906","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14906","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14906"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14906"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14906"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14906"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
