M. C. R., probable responsable del delito de robo espec\u00edfico y lesiones en agravio de la mujer de nombre P. E. S. C., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Tillo, Distrito de Nochixtl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 24\/2022, el 2 de febrero de 2022, en el referido municipio, el imputado intercept\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima y la despoj\u00f3 de su unidad de motor (mototaxi), adem\u00e1s de herirla con un arma blanca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de la denuncia presentada, la FGEO inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca-, logrando aprehender y presentar al probable responsable ante el Juez de la causa, quien determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General aplica todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes se apropien indebidamente del patrimonio de las y los oaxaque\u00f1os, garantizando justicia plena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14901","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14901","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14901"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14901"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14901"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14901"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
