G. A., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada, tentativa de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada y violencia familiar, en contra de una mujer identificada como M. A. M., (concubina) cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Tlalixtac de Cabrera, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 87\/2022, el 23 de enero del a\u00f1o en curso, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica y sexual a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraba en su domicilio particular, ubicado en inmediaciones del barrio San Antonio, perteneciente a la referida demarcaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos contra la Mujer por Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero-, logrando presentar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a E. G.
