C. G., cometido en octubre de 2021, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Miguel el Grande, Distrito de Tlaxiaco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 363\/2021, el 19 de octubre de 2021, el imputado probablemente rob\u00f3 un veh\u00edculo de motor propiedad de la v\u00edctima, en inmediaciones del referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la FGEO atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca-, logrando identificar, aprender y presentar al imputado ante el Juez de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a R. F. C.
