F. P., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar en agravio de la mujer M. F. P., cometido en octubre de 2021, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Jocotepec, Distrito de Cho\u00e1pam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 277\/2021, el 25 de octubre de 2021, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraban en un domicilio ubicado en la poblaci\u00f3n de San Pedro Tepinapa Ejidal, del referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, la FGEO atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a F. F.
