R. A., probable responsable del delito de allanamiento de morada y tentativa de homicidio, en agravio de A. C. G., cometido en febrero de 2003, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santa Mar\u00eda Tonameca, en el Distrito de Pochutla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la averiguaci\u00f3n previa 37(S.P.P.II)\/2003], el 17 de febrero de 2003, el inculpado -en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otros sujetos- se introdujeron sin permiso ni consentimiento al domicilio del agraviado, ubicado en la playa Arag\u00f3n de Santa Mar\u00eda Tonameca; posteriormente, lo agredieron con un objeto corto contundente (machete), atentando contra su vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, el pasado 6 de enero del a\u00f1o en curso se logr\u00f3 aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado Primero Mixto de Primera Instancia de San Pedro Pochutla, donde rendir\u00e1 su declaraci\u00f3n correspondiente y cuya situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica se definir\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General investiga exhaustivamente delitos que atenten contra el patrimonio de las familias oaxaque\u00f1as, presentando ante la justicia a quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14811","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14811","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14811"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14811"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14811"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14811"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
