C. M. S. B, recibi\u00f3 sentencia por el delito de fraude maquinado en contra de T. D. T. y de T. R. G.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con ambas sentencias, J. C. M. S. B., obtuvo un total de 16 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 18 de diciembre de 2021.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo, del Juzgado Segundo Mixto, sentencia condenatoria contra el Presidente del \u201cCorporativo Azteca de Huajuapan S. A. de R. L\u201d, identificado como J. C. M. S. B., responsable del delito de fraude maquinado en perjuicio patrimonial de T. D. T. y de T. R. G, cometido en el a\u00f1o 2006 y 2008, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la averiguaci\u00f3n previa 23\/2011, en marzo 2006, el responsable defraud\u00f3 a T. R. G. mediante enga\u00f1os y falsas promesas de crecimiento de inversi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la caja de ahorros \u201cCorporativo Azteca de Huajuapan S.A de R. L.\u201d, sucursal Puerto Escondido.\u00a0 As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, en abril de 2008 defraud\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima identificada como T. D. T.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa- logr\u00f3 presentar ante la autoridad judicial al defraudador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juzgado Segundo Mixto de Primera Instancia con sede en Puerto Escondido, le dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 8 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n e impuso el pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y multa por m\u00e1s de 50 mil pesos por el delito cometido en contra de T. R. G.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se le dict\u00f3 sentencia de 8 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y el pago por concepto de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, por el delito cometido en contra de T. D.
