B. L. F., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar en agravio de su exconcubina identificada como I. M. F. C., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz Xoxocotl\u00e1n, en la regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el probable agresor, quien de acuerdo con los hechos asentados en la causa penal 1269\/2021, el 30 de julio y 1 de agosto de 2021 agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica y verbal a la v\u00edctima en diferentes sitios de Santa Cruz Xoxocotl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, la FGEO atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos contra la Mujer-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 26 de diciembre, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva de manera provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General se compromete a presentar ante la justicia a responsables de delitos, sobre todo cuando las v\u00edctimas son mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14788","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14788","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14788"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14788"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14788"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14788"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
