L. V., probable responsable del delito de tentativa de homicidio en contra de la mujer identificada como L. C. C., cometido en Santa Mar\u00eda Huatulco, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 40569\/FCOS\/HUATULCO\/2021, el 9 de diciembre de 2021, dos personas -entre ellas el imputado- agredieron de manera f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima, atentando contra su vida cuando se encontraba en su domicilio particular ubicado en inmediaciones de Bah\u00edas de Santa Cruz, Huatulco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, el probable agresor fue detenido por elementos de la polic\u00eda municipal y puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la FGEO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a R. L.
