O. S. G., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar en agravio de una mujer identificada como C. A. S., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Pedro Mixtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 536\/2021, el 22 de octubre 2021, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera verbal y f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en su domicilio particular ubicado en inmediaciones de Puerto Escondido, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n &#8211; a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa -, logrando presentar al imputado ante el Juez de la causa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a C. O. S. G., y otorg\u00f3 un mes y quince d\u00edas para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.
