F. M. y N. G. V., se\u00f1alados como probables responsables del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de A. L. V., cometido en noviembre de 2021, en Miahuatl\u00e1n de Porfirio D\u00edaz, en la regi\u00f3n de la Sierra Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 118\/2021, en la madrugada del 24 de noviembre de 2021, los imputados probablemente golpearon a la v\u00edctima en diversas partes del cuerpo, infligiendo lesiones que le ocasionaron la muerte cuando se encontraba internado en un centro de rehabilitaci\u00f3n (conocidos como anexos), ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional-, logrando ubicar, aprehender y presentar a los imputados ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a F. F. M. y N. G.
