J. S., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar, en agravio de su concubina A. L. J. C., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Pedro Mixtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 39757\/FCOS\/PUERTO\/2020, el 27 de diciembre de 2020, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 verbalmente a su concubina e impidi\u00f3 que ingresara en su domicilio, ubicado en Aguaje El Zapote, San Pedro Mixtepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y gracias a la labor de investigaci\u00f3n a cargo de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa, se logr\u00f3 aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juez de la causa, quien valid\u00f3 los datos de prueba pertinentes y determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a A. J.
