R. S., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar y tentativa de feminicidio agravado en contra de G. A. G. F., cometido en junio de 2021, en el Distrito de Tehuantepec, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 18776\/FIST\/TEHUANTEPEC\/2021, el 4 de junio de 2021, aproximadamente a las 22:00 horas, tras una discusi\u00f3n, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima (novia), atentando contra su vida cuando se encontraban en el interior de un domicilio ubicado en el municipio de Santiago Lachiguiri, Distrito de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho y luego de la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de la causa al probable agresor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a E. R.
