N. L., responsable del delito de lesiones, en agravio de R. B. A., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Villa de Tututepec de Melchor Ocampo, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 41\/2021, el 23 de enero de 2021, aproximadamente a las 20:00 horas, el imputado agredi\u00f3 con un objeto corto contundente (machete) a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraba en su negocio, ubicado en la poblaci\u00f3n de El Azufre, Villa de Tututepec, ocasion\u00e1ndole graves lesiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia se hizo cargo de la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, logrando aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juez de Control, quien determin\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria contra G. N.
