A. G. Q., alias \u201cEl Tanque\u201d, segundo probable part\u00edcipe en el homicidio del m\u00e9dico M. A. G. P.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 4 de agosto de 2021.-\u00a0<\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo, del Juzgado de Control, auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra la persona del sexo masculino identificada como H. A. G. Q., alias \u201cEl Tanque\u201d, probable part\u00edcipe en el delito de homicidio calificado en agravio del m\u00e9dico M. A. G. P., cometido el pasado 1 de agosto de 2021, en la agencia municipal de Pueblo Nuevo, en la ciudad de Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con esta acci\u00f3n, suman ya dos probables implicados que han sido aprehendidos y vinculados a proceso por este lamentable crimen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 25424\/FDAI\/UEIH\/2021, el 1 de agosto de 2021, aproximadamente a las 21:00 horas, un grupo de personas agredi\u00f3 con un arma blanca a la v\u00edctima, priv\u00e1ndola de la vida en inmediaciones del Libramiento R\u00edo Atoyac, de Pueblo Nuevo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia logr\u00f3 en primera instancia aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de la causa al imputado identificado como V. A. L. S., alias \u201cEl Flaco\u201d, quien ya fue vinculado a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, la Fiscal\u00eda General ejecut\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el segundo probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba presentados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a H. A. G.
