{"id":14558,"date":"2021-08-02T14:26:30","date_gmt":"2021-08-02T19:26:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=3519"},"modified":"2021-08-02T14:26:30","modified_gmt":"2021-08-02T19:26:30","slug":"fiscalia-general-interviene-e-inicia-investigacion-en-san-esteban-atatlahuca-tras-enfrentamiento-armado","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/fiscalia-general-interviene-e-inicia-investigacion-en-san-esteban-atatlahuca-tras-enfrentamiento-armado","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda General interviene e inicia investigaci\u00f3n en San Esteban Atatlahuca, tras enfrentamiento armado"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Personal multidisciplinario de la FGEO se traslad\u00f3 a este municipio de la regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca, donde se report\u00f3 el fallecimiento de una persona del sexo femenino y siete personas heridas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 2 de agosto de 2021.-<\/strong>\u00a0Como parte de nuestra pol\u00edtica de atenci\u00f3n oportuna a v\u00edctimas de delitos, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) intervino e inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n luego de los hechos violentos en los que falleci\u00f3 una mujer y siete personas m\u00e1s resultaron heridas, acciones ocurridas el pasado 1 de agosto en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Esteban Atatlahuca, en la regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Dese que tuvo conocimiento de los hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia despleg\u00f3 a su personal multidisciplinario, conformado por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n, Agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico y Peritos, quienes se trasladaron al lugar donde trabajan coordinadamente con personal de la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno, as\u00ed como elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Guardia Nacional y autoridades municipales, a fin de esclarecer este suceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 24513\/TLAXIACO\/2021, el 1 de agosto de 2021, aproximadamente a las 17:00 horas, se report\u00f3 un enfrentamiento en el referido municipio, el cual dej\u00f3 un saldo de una mujer fallecida y siete personas lesionadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de que las condiciones de acceso al referido municipio fueron seguras, el personal de la FGEO intervino en el lugar, realizando las diligencias en materia pericial, as\u00ed como entrevistas a testigos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General compromete una investigaci\u00f3n diligente y exhaustiva para esclarecer este incidente y fincar las responsabilidades correspondientes, garantizando justicia plena a v\u00edctimas directas e indirectas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14558","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14558","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14558"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14558"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14558"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14558"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
