C. V., probable responsable del delito de feminicidio agravado en grado de tentativa, contra M. J. B. B., cometido en abril de 2019, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Francisco Ixhuat\u00e1n, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 14005\/FIST\/ZANATEPEC\/2019, aproximadamente a las 01:00 horas del 26 de abril de 2019, el imputado -quien se encontraba en estado de ebriedad- agredi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un objeto corto contundente (machete), atentando contra su vida en el interior de su domicilio particular, ubicado en inmediaciones de la Primera Secci\u00f3n de Ixhuat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de la causa al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 27 de junio de 2021, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La protecci\u00f3n de mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes v\u00edctimas de violencia, es un tema prioritario para la Fiscal\u00eda General, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14505","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14505","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14505"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14505"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14505"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14505"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
