M. E., cometido en mayo de 2021, en el municipio de Mat\u00edas Romero Avenda\u00f1o, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 376\/2021, el 8 y 10 de mayo de 2021, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima M. D. L. J., en inmediaciones de la colonia San Bartolo y en la colonia Centro, perteneciente al referido municipio de la zona norte del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al probable agresor sexual ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia celebrada el 10 de junio de 2021, el Juez de la causa dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra el imputado, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Garantizar justicia a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres, es labor primordial para la Fiscal\u00eda General, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14485","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14485","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14485"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14485"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14485"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14485"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
