R. A., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n agravada en contra de una ni\u00f1a de 7 a\u00f1os, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Pinotepa Nacional, regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 272\/2021, los hechos se suscitaron el 5 de mayo de 2021, aproximadamente a las 05:40 horas, cuando el probable responsable agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima, en un domicilio ubicado en inmediaciones de Pinotepa Nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a S. R.
