I. H. H., D. A. G. S. y C. A. L. M., probables responsables del delito de homicidio calificado, en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de V. M. J. O., cometido en San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 142\/2021, el pasado 5 de mayo de 2021, aproximadamente a las 10:00 horas, se report\u00f3 un ataque armado en inmediaciones de la colonia El Progreso de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, lugar donde la v\u00edctima perdi\u00f3 la vida por disparo de arma de fuego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho violento, la FGEO despleg\u00f3 a su personal multidisciplinario al lugar del incidente, logrando la detenci\u00f3n de los tres imputados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba aportados por la Instituci\u00f3n, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a B. I. H. H., D. A. G. S. y C. A. L.
