S. S., por su probable responsabilidad en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de tentativa de homicidio calificado en agravio de O. P. P. y M. G. C., quienes se desempe\u00f1an como polic\u00edas en activo del Barrio de la Soledad, cometido en el municipio de Santa Mar\u00eda Petapa, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 331\/2021, el 1 de mayo de 2021, aproximadamente a las 19:15 horas, el imputado y otro sujeto agredieron con piedras y de manera f\u00edsica a las v\u00edctimas, atentando contra su vida, cuando acudieron a prestar auxilio a un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Azteca de Santa Mar\u00eda Petapa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo -, dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 7 de mayo de 2021, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda en los hechos su compromiso de presentar ante la justicia a responsables de delitos, garantizando justicia a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c1rea de archivos adjuntos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14406","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14406","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14406"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14406"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14406"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14406"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
