A. H. P., por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n en contra de una adolescente de 14 a\u00f1os, cometido en septiembre de 2020, en el municipio de Santo Domingo Tehuantepec, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 184\/2021, el 26 de septiembre de 2020, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en el interior de un domicilio, ubicado en inmediaciones de Santo Domingo Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, que identific\u00f3 y aprehendi\u00f3 al imputado el pasado 19 de abril de 2021, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba presentados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al probable agresor sexual, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La defensa de mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes resulta prioritaria para la Fiscal\u00eda General, presentando ante la justicia y aplicando la Ley sin distingo a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14390","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14390","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14390"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14390"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14390"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14390"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
