{"id":14378,"date":"2021-04-22T18:10:33","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T23:10:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=3272"},"modified":"2021-04-22T18:10:33","modified_gmt":"2021-04-22T23:10:33","slug":"en-la-region-del-istmo-la-fiscalia-general-aprehendio-a-una-persona-por-violacion-equiparada","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/en-la-region-del-istmo-la-fiscalia-general-aprehendio-a-una-persona-por-violacion-equiparada","title":{"rendered":"En la regi\u00f3n del Istmo, la Fiscal\u00eda General aprehendi\u00f3 a una persona por violaci\u00f3n equiparada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 22 de abril de 2021.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) logr\u00f3 aprehender a un masculino se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n, en agravio de una adolescente de 14 a\u00f1os, cometido en el puerto de Salina Cruz, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata del masculino identificado como M. D. M. A., quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el pasado 21 de abril y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n asentada en la causa penal 294\/2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron entre los meses de enero y abril de 2021, cuando el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de forma sexual a la menor de edad<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de la denuncia presentada por familiares de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, la defensa del imputado solicit\u00f3 ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 27 de abril, quedando en prisi\u00f3n preventiva provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La defensa de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres, es prioritaria para la Fiscal\u00eda General, presentando ante la justicia a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14378","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14378","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14378"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14378"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14378"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14378"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
