S. G., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja, en agravio del masculino M. I. R. M., cometido en marzo de 2021, en la Agencia de Ex Hacienda Candiani, Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 10164\/FDAI\/UEIH\/2021, el 28 de marzo de 2021, aproximadamente a las 02:30 horas, el imputado probablemente estrangul\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima, priv\u00e1ndola de la vida, cuando se encontraba en el interior de un domicilio ubicado en la Agencia de Ex Hacienda Candiani, en la ciudad de Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al probable homicida ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorgando 30 d\u00edas para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En delitos de alto impacto, la Fiscal\u00eda General compromete investigaciones exhaustivas, a fin de garantizar plena justicia a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c1rea de archivos adjuntos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14338","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14338","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14338"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14338"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14338"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14338"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
