{"id":14324,"date":"2021-03-25T16:05:25","date_gmt":"2021-03-25T22:05:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=3212"},"modified":"2021-03-25T16:05:25","modified_gmt":"2021-03-25T22:05:25","slug":"logramos-aprehender-y-presentar-ante-juez-a-masculino-que-probablemente-agredio-sexualmente-de-sus-dos-hijas-en-el-istmo-fgeo","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logramos-aprehender-y-presentar-ante-juez-a-masculino-que-probablemente-agredio-sexualmente-de-sus-dos-hijas-en-el-istmo-fgeo","title":{"rendered":"Logramos aprehender y presentar ante Juez a masculino que probablemente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente de sus dos hijas, en el Istmo: FGEO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 25 de marzo de 2021.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), logr\u00f3 aprehender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control a un masculino se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n y abuso sexual en agravio de sus dos hijas adolescentes, cometido en 2019 y 2020, en el municipio de Magdalena Tequisistl\u00e1n, Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata del imputado identificado como L. L. M., quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n en inmediaciones de la poblaci\u00f3n de Cerro Pel\u00f3n, perteneciente al referido municipio y presentado de inmediato ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 101\/2021, en el mes de julio de 2019, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a su propia hija, en un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Guadalupe de Magdalena Tequisistl\u00e1n. Asimismo, el 22 de noviembre de 2020, L. L. M., probablemente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a otra de sus hijas, en el municipio antes mencionado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando aprehender y presentar al probable responsable ante el Juez de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 29 de marzo de 2021, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La defensa de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres representa una prioridad para la Fiscal\u00eda General, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14324","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14324","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14324"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14324"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14324"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14324"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
