G. V. C., quien se desempe\u00f1aba como profesor de la Universidad del Istmo (UNISTMO)-Campus Ixtepec y se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de abuso sexual en agravio de una joven estudiante de esa Instituci\u00f3n, cometido en los meses de septiembre y octubre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 9631\/FIST\/IXTEPEC\/2020, en distintas fechas de los meses de septiembre y octubre de 2019, la joven universitaria fue v\u00edctima de abuso sexual probablemente por el imputado, quien tras ser denunciando ante la Fiscal\u00eda General, fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo- recab\u00f3 los datos de prueba necesarios para oportunamente solicitar al Juez la cita para comunicar la imputaci\u00f3n y el correspondiente auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra del imputado, el cual fue concedido por el Juez, otorgando un mes para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que en primera instancia, en septiembre de 2020, tambi\u00e9n fue vinculado a proceso otro profesor identificado como S. F. A.
