S. G., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada contra una mujer identificada como B. E. J. R., cometido en julio de 2020, en Santo Domingo Tehuantepec, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable responsable fue aprehendido el pasado 21 de febrero por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n en inmediaciones de la colonia La Soledad, perteneciente al municipio de Salina Cruz y fue presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n girada en su contra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 465\/2020, el 2 de julio de 2020, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la v\u00edctima en inmediaciones del Barrio San Sebasti\u00e1n del referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 25 de febrero, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Aplicar todo el rigor de la Ley a responsables de agresiones sexuales contra ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres, representa una alta prioridad para la Fiscal\u00eda General, garantizando justicia a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14308","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14308","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14308"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14308"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14308"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14308"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
