C. L., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de tentativa de feminicidio en agravio de C. L. L., cometido en la Heroica Ciudad de Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza, regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La aprehensi\u00f3n del imputado se realiz\u00f3 el pasado 10 de febrero sobre la carretera Panamericana y fue presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 106\/2021, el 5 de febrero de 2021, aproximadamente entre las 10:00 y 11:00 horas, la v\u00edctima se encontraba en su domicilio ubicado en la colonia Virgen de Guadalupe de Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza, cuando el imputado arrib\u00f3 y la agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente con diversos objetos (cable, palo y varilla), atentando contra su vida por las heridas infringidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General condena todo hecho que atente contra la integridad de las mujeres y refrenda su compromiso de aplicar todo el peso de la ley contra quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2817,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14297","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14297","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14297"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14297"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14297"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14297"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
