J. R. o E. F. J. R., alias \u201cEl Chivo\u201d, se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en agravio de un adolescente de 15 a\u00f1os, cometido en marzo de 2019, en la ciudad de Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al probable responsable se le ejecut\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n y fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento al mandato judicial asentado en la causa penal 184\/2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron el 5 de marzo de 2019, alrededor de las 14:20 horas, cuando el imputado en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otros sujetos, probablemente agredi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con disparos de arma de fuego en un predio ubicado en riberas del R\u00edo Atoyac de la ciudad capital, ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto-, lograron identificar y aprehender al probable homicida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 12 de febrero, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En delitos de alto impacto, la Fiscal\u00eda General investiga con exhaustividad, presentado ante la justicia a quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2817,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14290","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14290","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14290"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14290"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14290"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14290"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
