S. L., probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n y violaci\u00f3n agravada, en contra de su propia hija adolescente de 15 a\u00f1os, cometido en diciembre de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Lachiguiri, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable agresor sexual fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el pasado 7 de enero y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n asentada en la causa penal 0003\/2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron el 25 de diciembre de 2020, aproximadamente a las 23:00 horas el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente de la v\u00edctima en el interior de su domicilio, ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia comprometi\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando aprehender y presentar ante el Juez de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a E. S.
