{"id":14238,"date":"2021-01-04T14:06:33","date_gmt":"2021-01-04T20:06:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=3103"},"modified":"2021-01-04T14:06:33","modified_gmt":"2021-01-04T20:06:33","slug":"logramos-aprehender-y-presentar-ante-juez-a-otro-probable-agresor-sexual-en-la-region-del-istmo","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logramos-aprehender-y-presentar-ante-juez-a-otro-probable-agresor-sexual-en-la-region-del-istmo","title":{"rendered":"Logramos aprehender y presentar ante Juez a otro probable agresor sexual, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 4 de enero de 2021.-\u00a0<\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), logro aprehender y presentar ante Juez a un masculino se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada en agravio de una adolescente de 12 a\u00f1os, cometido en julio de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Francisco Ixhuat\u00e1n, Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable responsable identificado como A. J. C. V., fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n asentada en la causa penal 264\/2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron el 20 de julio de 2020, alrededor de las 23:30 horas, cuando el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la v\u00edctima en el interior del palacio municipal de la referida poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando aprehender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable violador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 7 de enero de 2020, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda su compromiso de proteger a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres, presentando ante la justicia a quienes vulneren sus derechos e integridad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2817,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-14238","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/14238","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=14238"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14238"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=14238"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=14238"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
